Jane Fraser - First woman CityGroup CEO, who is she?
In September 2020, CitiGroup named Jane Fraser as its next CEO. This was a historic decision as this is the first time when a female will lead one of the world's largest banks. Though the announcement has been made in 2020 however she will officially take the role in Feb 2021. She is going to replace Michael Corbat, who is the current CEO of the citi group.
Early Life and Alma Mater:
Jane Fraser was born in Scotland particularly at St Andrews, which is a town on the east coast of the country. She was born in 1967. She has completed her BA from Girton College, Cambridge. Later she was awarded MA from the same university.
She completed her M.B.A degree from Harvard Business School in 1994.
Jane Fraser married 'Alberto Piedra' who left his job to support Jane's career. Jane is the mother of two sons.

Though Jane has been honored by many awards however below are some major honors:
- In 2014, she was included on Fortune's list of the '51 Most Powerful Women in Business'. She was ranked at number 48
- In 2015, Again she was there in on Fortune's list of the '51 Most Powerful Women in Business' but this time at rank 41
